Tilt-Top Dining Table

English 19th century. A circular tilt-top mahogany dining table with the original extensions, making the table a comfortable seating for 6 to a sociable 10. The whole is raised on a central carved support which rests on a circular base on three lion paw feet, with concealed castors. Circa 1830.
