An early 19th century (circa 1815) French Empire mahogany Gueridon table with marble top.This highly decorative table consists of an inset Gris Sainte Anne grey marble top surrounded by a mahogany border and brass edge with mahogany frieze below.This leads down to the case consisting of three highly decorative carved, gilded and painted supports with gilt swan heads to the top, gilded rosettes and carved paw feet all supported on a tri-form concave mahogany platform base terminating with painted bun feet.
