Fine Gustavian Period Chest

A very handsome and richly carved 18th century period Gustavian chest of impressive scale. The chest features a contrasting faux marble painted top with a dentil trim, over a single vertically reeded concealed drawer with three drawers below, carved neo-classical columns to the front corners, a richly carved apron with tapered & fluted feet, and original escutcheons. Danish circa 1780.
