19thc Museum Display Cabinet

An exceptional mid 19th century ebonised museum display cabinet and bank of collectors draws.  The larger size of the two draws each has a glass sleeve in each draw to protect specimens, each draw is cork lined, the small draws in the middle look like it was used to display coins or medals.Each bank of draws has a wellington locking mechanism which locks all three lines of draws, each draw has its own ivory label and all the locks and draws are in good working order. Provenance: The Victoria & Albert Museum, South Kensington London, England.
