Vintage brass magazine rack with smoked glass sides, Maison Bagues, 1960`s ca, French.This item has been gently cleaned while respecting the vintage patina and is ready to use. With its scrolling patterns & Modern smoked glass, this magazine rack is light & elegant. Not only stylish it is also practical. It would make a super finishing touch to a range of interiors such as traditional, Art Deco, Hollywood Regency, 70`s Glamour, Shabby Chic or Contemporary. Structurally it is made of solid brass, several parts bolted together. The handle and sides have a scrolling pattern with each end having a decorative finial. At the bottom there are slender cabriole feet. The original smoked glass sides are suspended in brackets; this design is light & modern. It is in very good condition & sturdy. There is minor rubbing to a couple brass finials in line with age. The glass is in very good condition with no chips. Packing is offered free of charge. We take special professional care while packing. It would be wrapped securely in bubble wrap & an outer layer of card.
